GGN RECRUITING PROCESS
Here is a little history of GGN. We have been around since 12/18/08 and we have
had a rough trial getting where we are. We are a strong community that recruits only
people that are interested in getting the most out of the community. We are very
particular about who we recruit, we need greta attitudes and great players. We do
not base recruitment on skill of any game. We are in process of gettting t-shirts
out for the community available for sale. all money made off the shirts go to the
community for travle expences to MLG Tournaments and community tournaments. We are
welcoming any and all who are interested and we hope they are willing to put forth
the effort to help us grow. DO NOT READ THIS WORD FOR WORD JUST PICK OUT CERTAIN
THINGS TO TALK ABOUT AND PROCEED WITH THE FOLLOWING.
1: Never recruit anyone under a week. We have had so many other communities trying
to get in and poach our members.
2: Always make sure you get the age of the new recruit and make sure they are 17 or
over. If you ask their age and they say they are 17 or olde and you have any doubt
ask what year they were born. 9 times out of 10 they will spit out their birth year
and not think about it, if they have to think about it and you have doubts then they
are probably not within the age requirement.
3: Always have a higher ranked officer in the room with you. Not saying that you
cant handle the task but 2 heads are better than 1 and you can back eachother up.
4: During the recruiting process make sure to tell them a little bit about our
community and let them know what we are trying to accomplish by recruiting.
5: Show the new recruits how to get on the forums and show them how to register
and get to their squads area on the forums.
6: Get them to send a friend request to the squad tag.
